Only reason I used to go here is because it was the closest to my employer. Try to get your food "your way" and you don't. Today was the last straw. Wanted Surge and it's no longer in the freestyle machine. Ordered a Whopper combo with cheese, no onion or tomato, with mustard. The only thing that was correct was the no onion. Had no cheese (which I was charged for), no mayo, no mustard, a little bit of lettuce and just enough ketchup to say it was included. Now that I can't...read full review

It was not good first thing to mention is that we got the wrong order, my wife got me the original chicken sandwich and it was made wrong I asked for no cheese..... and add tomato ,onion and bacon my wife ordered the bacon king and the whole order was wrong ,i called the store and they said they would replace our order the next time we come back, i say a week later we got our replacement meal and it was no better the fries were warm at best and soggy my original chicken sandwich...read full review

Almost always get great service and speed. Tonight was not my typical experience. While placing my order at the speaker, I asked for a Whopper Jr and before I could add medium onion rings I was rudely interrupted to be asked if I wanted cheese. Very clearly, I said NO, then proceeded with my order. 2 items. At the window I get a full size Whopper WITH cheese. Why bother interrupting me if you disregard what I say anyway?
