This place is expensive considering you could probably make the same sandwich at home yourself way better. The bread tasted stale. I've never eaten here before, and my first experience wasn't all that great. My biggest complaint has to be the customer service. The dude making the sandwiches comes off like he's irritated. Staff were a bit above average, were quite cheerful and clearly enjoyed being around each other and working. Place was clean and music was good. Food was normal for Jimmy John's, fresh and tasty. Prices are getting pretty ridiculous though, even by today's standard I would say they are gouging a bit and taking advantage of people and the economy.

I get Jimmy John's multiple times a week and at this point it's mainly for the pickle. I literally never get mustard packets when I get my sandwich, albeit small but why have it an offer and literally never give any even when a note is added. But when Ive gotten one of the "littles" a while back I get like 5?!? Make that make sense. I appreciate you for feeding me but what's the deal been the last year??
