Milkshake and food came out very fast. Staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous.The kiosk ordering experience was fine, I guess. It was simple enough to figure out, and I didn’t have any issues with the self-serve drink-cup machine.The fries were amazing, the milkshake was good, and the burger was alright. me and my friend went through the drive thru with 2 seperate orders. we ordered/ paid 3 shakes and got only 2 of them. we also paid for 3 fries that came with the meal and got only 1. tried calling 2 times both times no answer.

Kind of robotic... Order from kiosk, have to use a QR Code to get a pop but doesn't give enough time to let the fizz go down before it shuts you out.Food was good. Like the steak burgers and the all beef hot dog.Shake machine has been down for a long time.... This restaurant is "Steak no Shake".
