Chipotle used to be my favorite food. But for sometime now, the quality of the food served has lost it authentic taste and the service is also poor. The brown rice is often undercooked making it hard to eat.

I have tried to love this location but I just can’t do it anymore. I don’t know why they advertise being open until 11pm when they stop making food and run out of everything by 9pm. I ordered 3 bowls to go and picked them up only to get home and find they were rice, black beans and sour cream - only! They were out of cheese, chicken, guacamole, lettuce, corn and salsa - but did not bother to communicate that with me when I picked my order up from the Chipotlane.Going inside...read full review
