Finally a good sandwich... Right amount of meat and seasoning and well cooked, packaged, and served. The downtown Cinci location is dirty, less organized, and really not a good experience - plenty of chances to improve but always fell short so no longer go. Big differences among locations which should not be the case among franchises
This Penn station is great I was greeted right away and my order came up in no time. When my order was ready the girl made sure to ask me if I needed any ketchup or vinegar which was helpful because I had almost forgotten! So thank you. Food was hot fresh and delicious. I always like visiting this Penn station
