It was my first time at Soho and it was a great experience. Roman was our server, his knowledge of the restaurant, menu, and other random things was great! Shout out to Roman for the perfect service and letting me know what wasabi really is ??It was over a week ago and I think I did the Sunday morning. Had a late sashimi lunch- prices a bit higher than what I’m used to in NC BUT the QUALITY OF THE SASHIMI was STELLAR! The yellow tail, scallops, tuna, salmon, octopus - fabulous thick tender cuts! My server could tell I wasn’t our run-of-the-mill Americanized cream cheese roll kind of girl and promptly asked if I wanted fresh wasabi- that makes a huge difference in the type of Japanese restaurant you dine in… the little things of authenticity.
