A few weeks ago, I visited this McDonald’s. There was a friendly employee (pictured team member)who provided stellar service to me and my friends. In fact, she reminded us of our mothers and perhaps near our mothers’ ages. Thank you for the lovely service. It made my visit to this McDonald’s memorable. Will m, a manager was phenomenal.I walked in the lobby because drive through line was too long to wait. Will noticed I was kind of struggling to make up my mind on the kiosk. He greeted, jokingly express concern over my sandals during this cold weather. Told me he could help me at the counter. Helped me through the process of getting the best deal for what all I wanted by informing me of their current BOGO deals. This McDonald’s is horrible. It’s nice to see less and less business going through there over the years. The service is trash. The food is put together like garbage. Just about everything everyone used to love about McDonald’s is gone.
