Some of the staff is super friendly and willing to help make up for any shortcomings on the restaurants end, and some of the staff is the opposite. Most of the time there is little to no genuine care for customer service, as I will walk in and stand with 0 attention paid towards me by any staff for a good minute or two on occasion. Food is always falling short in one way or another, whether it's poor portions, or poor quality of preparation. I could not get a bagel decently toasted...read full review
This is an amazing location! The staff and management are super friendly! Always a treat. Justin is the head manager and super friendly. Walking in feels like you’re seeing friends you haven’t seen in months!

Person who took my order, slipped his thumb out of his glove to use the register. He took my money, gave me my change and slipped his thumb back in his glove and proceeded to pick up my pastry with the same gloves that he had on when he took my money.
