“When there is a wait, it takes a while but if you’ve ever had their food, you understand why. Their items are superb and every single thing I’ve had from Ray Ray’s is top notch! They do brisket and pork correctly. Their take on Chicken is great too, especially if you like spicy.“
“I always get it carryout. They are on-time, have good food. My spice tolerance changed and they were accommodating to get my order how I wanted it. Unholy clears sinuses well! Good system for feedback too. Like the LNS smoked coleslaw thing.Kid-friendliness: They do fundraisers for schools“
“First time dining and we enjoyed everything. We had a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. Service was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed cocktails and wine. The non alcoholic Manhattan was a little disappointing - too fruity with a hint of licorice. We ordered the pork belly and cornbread as apps. For dinner, we had the farro dish, gumbo, chicken sandwich, steak, and she crab soup. Everything was full of flavor and I would highly recommend all of them. For dessert we had the creme brulee and chocolate bread pudding. Happy hour prices were a plus for the items ordered before 6. Will come back.“
“Loved the small little restaurant the vibe was great, but I so wanted to like the food but couldn't get passed the canned Bruce's yams, Kraft/ Velveeta runny Mac and cheese. The Greens are best thing on the menu. The whiting cooked a little to long. I requested no slaw on my polish boy but they did not put the bbq sauce on that comes with it so it was also dry. I might come back and try something else maybe.“
“16 bucks buys you a breast, drum stick and wing and two generous sides plus cornbread. I went with my dad and we got the chicken and rice and greens and slaw and okra. Everything was on point! No full service which keeps the price down. Food came quick and hot. Sodas are two bucks.“
“HCT in Clintonville has brought back their original-recipe mac & cheese, and the rest of our order – hot thighs and slaw – is just as I remember it from before. The portions were fine – we even had an extra thigh in one of our boxes for some reason.“
“Some of the best fried chicken in the state. Hot crispy and juicy, not had a dry chicken yet and head there every time we are in the area.Parking: Plenty of parking in the local car park usually, paid entryWheelchair accessibility: Easy to access, didn't see and automatic door but may be present.“
“We really like Chicken Salad Chick and eat there anytime we're close. The salads are always fresh and there is one to fit almost everyone's taste.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and I enjoy that most of the chicken salad is gluten free so finding something to eat is easy.“
“I happened upon this place on google. I have been 3 times and the food is perfect each time. I wish the inside had a better vibe, it is kind of stiff. But paper towels at each table is a nice touch! I wish parking was easier to maneuver. Most of all - I wish they had better hours. It is bizarre how a restaurant closes at 4p during the week and 8p on weekends. Please stay open longer!“
“I go here at least once a week for the awesome $10 Monday - Wednesday lunch special. The food is always fresh cooked to order and the front of house staff are super friendly. Cannot recommend enough. Word of caution - it's hotter than you think!“
“Decent value for chicken.Sides a little pricy but what isn’t these days. Service was great and we felt welcomed. The restaurant was clean and orderly.Vegetarian options: Several itemsParking: Lots of spots most of the time.Kid-friendliness: Nice open room with stoolsWheelchair accessibility: Flat all the way“
“It was our first time there. We asked for recommendations. Our server, Clarke, was great. She took time and made many suggestions. My blackened shrimp and gumbo was delicious. I was surprised by the spice level simply because restaurants will say something is spicy and it isn't. This dish had the perfect amount of spice. I would definitely order again. Great first experience. We will definitely be back.“
“A huge shoutout to the staff at Hot Chicken Takeover in Lewis Center. Andrew, Ashley and Olva went way out of their way to accommodate my desire for a large batch of banana pudding for my son's birthday. I usually only like my Southern homemade from scratch but today was going to be one event and activity after the other and not enough time in the day. So knowing they have it on the menu, I talked to the manager who said we can make this happen and he could put a larger order in my provided trifle dishes. Came back today and the result was fantastic. They made it look beautiful. (And, of course, I like their chicken and their collard greens) Thanks again! “We had a table of 7 at noon. The parking lot was deceiving as it was full, but we were able to get a table fairly quickly. Our waitress was friendly and the food was delicious. The wait wasn't terribly long and over all we had a pleasant visit.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus and crayons to keep them busyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“Rye River Social is beautiful inside, but it's the food that keeps us coming back! It was only day 2 of their new brunch menu; and while I missed the monkey bread, I had a horrible time choosing. Everything looked so good! The new menu also did not have the brussel sprouts, but our waitress checked, and the kitchen made them for us! Amazing food and service!“
“1st time here, went inside and cashier Lilli was the best! She gave me recommendations, suggested the mac & cheese and she was correct that it was delicious! The plain chicken salad on a croissant was delicious as well!It was clean inside, the staff was courteous and all the food that I saw (other patrons) looked appetizing! My only critique (not criticism) would be to put a little more chicken salad on the croissant (a little too much empty space around the edges of the bread), but not a dealbreaker!I will definitely be a repeat customer here!“
