I ate here for dinner the other afternoon and I got seated pretty quick and then greeted by my server soon after. She was nice but she was out of sight most of the time so when my appetizer came out (boneless wings) and I had no fork I had to eat them with my fingers and I also had no napkins to wipe them off with for awhile. We are new to Ohio and have tried different restaurants.Our waitress today was amazing.Her name is Jayla.She greeted us today with a smile.It never left her face.The food was also very good.The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.There is an Applebees closer to us but not as clean and lacks in customer service.We will return to Willowby.Keep serving your customers With care and great service.
