Every time I've been to this location I have experienced wonderful service. The food is good, the employees are nice, and I have not one complaint any time I have visited this location.
My experiences for this location depend on whose working. If Krampus Amber Anna and a few other employees are working, they understand the importance of customer service and hustle. My last visit, however, was terrible. The food was great. The cook was great. 4 employees left the shift with a new server and cook. We sat at a table for 40 min or more watching people ignore us after we asked if we could sit at a dirty booth. I was told yes. We sat there until everyone left a completely...read full review

I spent Christmas Day there, crying at the counter cause I had no family around me. I was comforted by a great waitress, Amanda. A gentleman that was sitting beside me even bought me breakfast, which I was greatful for. It's a hard pill to swallow when your alone.
