Absolutely the worst service, if they wait on you at all. My wife and I stopped about a year ago, as we stood at the counter we could clearly hear the people arguing as to which one had to go to the counter to wait on us. Neither would come. My wife and I left and went to Arby's. A few months ago I tried to order but I was very rudely informed, as if it was my fault, they had no hamburger meat. Yesterday I stopped and after waiting for one of the workers to help a customer use the kiosk, all the while showing pictures on her phone and even taking a call on her cell phone, she came to the counter only to inform me, very nicely I must say, that I can only order at the kiosk. She could not take my order at the counter, she could only take my cash there. I don't understand how they can take your drive through order but they aren't allowed to take your order at the register? I feel this is a systemic problem at the management level, it is the only way poor service can exist for such a long period of time. As much as I like Burger King this was my last attempt to patronize this establishment.If you like disorder, disrespect, have nowhere else to be and like low quality food this would be the place for you.

This is the worst experience it’s exactly 9:10 and the inside is closed. The drive thru that I’m currently in is wrapped around the building and moving entirely too slow. I don’t know who’s managing this place at night this been going on for awhile. It’s seriously time to get new management. This is a place of business, for someone like myself who loves Burger King and eats it 2/3xs out the week is now eating it once a month and even that one time is disappointing! Please get a new MANAGER for your night shift! Whoever is in there clearly don’t care and has lost their compassion for their customers.

This location is terrible. Every week I come to this place there is always something in place to inconvenience the customers and allow the workers to do nothing at all. By 8am there are always out of biscuits like breakfast is over. The food always need to be double checked and they do not follow directions well AT ALL!! Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a good experience at a Burger King!!!

Why would you have cash registers at the front of your store and assign tape to them that says use kiosk and a back full of employees that ignore you? I watch multiple people walk out without making an order. You must not care about your business or your customers!

This was far the worst experience I have ever received in my life. My entire order was very cold. I ordered my food last night on 12/19, the young man that was working was touching the food with his barehands, it took him 2-3mins to come back to the window, I informed him that my chicken fries was cold and not fresh like I asked at the speaker. He took them back and dumped them in his hands to verify, he then walked off to make me some more. When I got home which is literally 2 mins away, we realized we paid for cheese on our sandwhiches and did not receive the cheese, the whopper burger patties were burnt and dried out. I’m sure they were sitting in the warmer extremely too long. I love Burger King and was so upset I couldn’t eat a fresh meal as I asked for. The young man was in the lobby eating, it’s sad to spend money here and not get the proper services you deserve. Just shut the place down at this point. Why spend money and not enjoy the meal? I wish I could give this ZERO stars!

The property and building recently underwent a major renovation and looks inviting.The drive-through will require you to cancel your plans for the day because you'll be there waiting on your food.They move slowly in the kitchen and cash register.The public restrooms are not always available. People have overdosed in them.The dining room is not always open, so you can't enter the building.The tables are not kept clean on a regular basis.They don't always keep thing's shocked, soda, ketchup, sugar.Occasionally, you will stand at the front counter up to 5 or 6 minutes as you wait for an employee to assist you.They ran out of hamburger meat on one occasion and soda on others.There's not much enthusiasm for hard work here. Some employees have come across like they'd rather be somewhere else.You risk getting shook down for money by local drug addicts on your way into or out of the business in the parking lot.

Ordered online, they completely forgot to get me my 2 portions of medium onion rings and my oreo shake. They always mess everything up when I order online and forget to make the changes to my hamburgers.Every time I go pick food up, they ALWAYS say they didn't get my order and have me wait 10 more minutesAbsolutely horrible service

Flew in from California on a red-eye flight drove to Youngstown and all that was open was Burger king. Ordered my food got to the window and to to my surprise Celeste greeted me with a welcoming smile and awesome spirit which I welcomed after my exhausting travel.... although our conversation was short Celeste (waiting for food prep) showed eximplery leadership, her Team in high spirits and overall pleasant environment (at 5:30am mind you)...as we all know "You are to lead by example" and she possesses ALL those qualities...THANKS again Celeste and crew ...will definitely be seeing you soon.Respectfully,Ms. Pamela Norwood

This is the worst place ever to get food I only come here three times when they started it was good and then went down I was inside waiting for somebody to take my order I was sitting there for 15-20 minutes Burger King you need to do better get these people they don't deserve to be in there Little League that was laughing inside I think it's a joke people don't eat and hear no more it is disgusting they don't clean the whole bunch of young kids
