Waited at the speaker for 20 minutes just to be told they’re only making fried food as of now. Why make me wait instead of just letting me know when I pulled up. This isn’t the first time. Hire better people because that was the worst experience ive had and I would literally rather eat bummy arbys , actually

Had a coupon for a large Whopper Meal for Two, asked if I can customize one of the whoppers on the coupon, they said yes, then proceeded to clear the screen and charge me for every item on the coupon individually. What would have cost me $15 actually cost me $27. Also food is rarely prepared correctly and they're usually "out of patties" whenever I go there. Austintown BK is better.
