The people are always very friendly and the girl who waited on me. Today was very accommodating. For as many times, as I've stopped, I didn't realize that they would give sample tastes, that was great also. and I love the praline, pecan ice cream!

So honestly I've always been a dq kinda guy at heart but let me tell you handles has definitely SCOOPED in and stole a piece of it. The variety of flavors are second to none. The flavor matches the title. Caramel apple ice cream really tastes like you're eating a caramel apple. Absolutely amazing and a good staff at that. Currently enjoying a monster shake containing strawberry cheesecake and banana ice cream. Couldn't be happier.

Handels is a family tradition. Used to only be available in Youngstown OH. They have now franchised and the same quality seems to be present.
