Worst franchise owner there is. God help if you need and extra sauce or cup for water. Their pay is the lowest of all fast food restaurants. Plus speedy Herby & his little accountant are quite rude to their neighbors.
Herb Washington refused to pay for a rental car after one of his signs damaged my car. What an a- hole. McDonalds corporate office needs to check this out. I have dependants that require emergency visits to hospital without notice. Woe be unto him if something happens while my car is in the shop. Very disappointed. I won't be going back to McDonalds again. I will report him to the better business bureau.

I had a terrible experience with rude employees and manager at the Midlothian McDonalds this company owned and I had to literally call McDonalds THREE TIMES before this company got back with me and their email (no phone call) was weak. Another McDonalds they used to own which was terrible was bought by McDonalds after the settlement and now it is run SO MUCH BETTER. The community deserves much better than the way this company does business.
