Ordered a large cold brew (posted menu shows 2 sizes). When I was handed a small-sized cup of cold brew, I stated that I asked for a large. The employee said there is only one size! Terrible public service. Did I mention that it took a long time for it to be made too? And after I was handed my beverage, I had to remind the employee that I had also purchased a bagel! Ugh! I won't return.

Recommendations please train employees how to accommodate customers. Ran into a few issues at the restaurant. The employees were not able to help. Making sure silverware is throughly cleaned.When customers ask for assistance for a box don’t send them up to the register. Go get one. It was crazy . Really need to give a great customer service for the customers. They won’t want to come back.
