Service was terrible sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before the car in front of us got to order anything every disappointed they also have no large cups and no co2 in there pop machine so the only thing to get to drink is cans of pop also they said the freeze machine is down so nothing but cans of pop
Disclaimer; she looked short staffed but it still doesn’t excuse her being extremely rude.Customer service sucks. The woman today I had was so freaking rude. I got 2 burritos and asked for a handful of fire sauce (aka extra sauce). I get my food and only have 6 packets so I ask for more. She said “there are only so much we are allowed to give out” (which I understand you can’t be out here giving a bunch of free sauce). I told her I was perfectly fine paying for more sauce....read full review

Depends on who's working. I've had super fresh food and amazing service through them, but here recently when we go the foods warm/cold almost. And the workers seem to be irritated when taking orders. The amount of sighs is insane.
