“We had such an enjoyable meal at Chickanellas today. Ally was so sweet and kept our Lavender Sweet Tea flowing. We ordered 2 appetizers, crab cakes and a spicy chicken bite dish. The 6 of us each had a sandwich [I had the BLTA with apple cole slaw, it was amazing] My mom said her sandwich was THE BEST she’d ever eaten. We had such a wonderful family lunch, the new restaurant has a ton of room. We can’t wait to go back! ♥️”

“This is by far the most authentic tacos I’ve found in an hour radius. The barbacoa or carnita tacos are definitely my favorite. Their quesadillas are so perfectly crispy. You never would expect such good Mexican food on the island! Also the owner is such a vibe, very friendly, and always makes you feel welcome! He’s a local artist too and has a lot of his art on display throughout the restaurant. This is an eccentric experience that you can’t miss out on and is worth the drive. Get there early because they can definitely sell out of a lot throughout the day! We go 3+ times a week for lunch.”

When you step inside though… it’s like a museum for tacky Irish decor, and I’m in to it.Couple pool tables, shuffle board, owner/bartender was extremely attentive, coming round to the pool table to see if we needed another round, and he kept the juke box playing.$39 all said and done for 3 rounds of vodka soda (3 each that is)”

“Well I had this fabulous dish it was called confetti hash browns it was ham several types of different peppers it was really good but see I'm the vegan so the left off the meat or cheese I said I don't want any meat in it and it was really great so being a vegan like I am all you have to do is tell the people when you order that you're vegan and they'll say oh okay some ask you what does that mean and you just say I don't cannibalize any animal products so they'll leave off the cheese they will leave off the meat but every place I've gone and they don't have the vegan option on the menu they do fix me a vegan dish all they have to do is leave off any type of animal product egg cheese dairy anything that is an animal products because we vegans not murder animals we don't believe in animal abuse anyone who eats meat actually is an animal abuser you should see the animals cry before they die it's sickening and sad and it's anger and it makes me angry at the people who eat meat when they say oh yeah I am an animal lover no you're not you murder animals you pay assassins to murder them viciously and violently there's no way to have any type of animal that is not violent you should see what I have in my phone I show Friends all the time this is what you do you make the animal suffer. Yes this place is really good and this is just going there and trying anything on the menu is all good everything I ever had their is good even when I was eating meat and stuff like that it was good but I changed my life so now I'm digging but yes this place is good food good service and it's conveniently located and they've been in business for quite some time so yes I suggest everyone stopped in there and try this the service was good the waitresses are all really nice and sweet everybody was happy in the restaurant friendly.Parking: A large parking lotKid-friendliness: Yes a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Yes”

“I can't believe that we've never had dinner here before! We love the bar but honestly had not heard great things about the restaurant. We wanted to leave a review because i'd hate for others to pass this place up! We had a fabulous dinner. I had the Summer Harvest dinner and added grilled salmon. It was perfection. My husband had the ribeye and said that it was great. Our friends had the Blackened salmon primavera and the lobster ravioli special and said they were both great. Loved the bread that they served with the meal. We will be back!”

“Awesome Club with super cool vibe. Great DJ’s and the service was fantastic. There something for everyone and it’s 2 stories with upstairs overlooking the dance floor and stage. The Sound is phenomenal (lots of thump) and they have fun dancing “cages” over the dance floor. Big city cool right on Monkey Island surrounded by Grand Lake and right up the road from Shangri La and across the road from great food at The SheBang.. I highly recommend.”

“The food here was absolutely amazing!!! The shebang shrimp was SOOOO good I will be thinking about it for the rest of my life. The spinach artichoke dip was also amazing. I got the burger which I found absolutely delectable. We sat at the bar which had a speakeasy vibe that I enjoyed and the server, whose name I can’t remember right now, was so amazing and friendly. They were a little short staffed but we didn’t mind because we weren’t in a rush. I would love to come back here!!”

“The parking lot is HUGE, perfect for semi truck parking. My cousins often stop here for that reason. It's clean(bathrooms too) and has a variety of snacks and drinks you can buy. They have a hot deli and a Subway sandwich shop. We usually get Subway or battered and fried chicken gizzards. I don't normally eat chicken gizzards but I can eat a few of these. They're really chewy, almost rubbery but coated with crunchy batter.”

“We were here during spring break. Didn't seem busy sat immediately with a noon arrival. The place is nice and comfortable. The food was excellent. Smash Burger was better than most and the Nashville hot chicken was the best I've had anywhere not to hot but tasty and hung over the ”

“The only reason for the 4 stars is because I think the slots were stingy on the winnings. My luck may not be the greatest but I didn't hear too many bells going off for others. As for the casino itself, I think it was clean, the staff was great and though it was a smoking casino, I didn't smell it in my hair or clothes afterwards so the ventilation had to be great. We almost didn't go because of the bad reviews but as I read them closer it was due to the food. We didn't eat there so I have no review on that but I'm glad we went regardless of our losses.”
