Staff is friendly. Usually my sandwich is wrong but they always fix it with a smile. I used to love McAlister's! But your food portions have gone way down and prices up. I just spent $30 for 2 people and we don't even feel we've eaten. The bowls of soup are smaller than they used to be. Just me and my 13 year old daughter. She even commented on how small her sandwich was. I do, however, love your salads!
