Olive Garden is truly a delight, even if ordering the simplest meals. I recently dined there with my mom, who is gluten free. Maybe a pasta place wasn't the best decision, but it turned out wonderfully. Olive Garden has gluten free pasta that you can choose when building a meal, selecting the pasta, sauce, and even add a meat.Mom got the rotini pasta with marinara and chicken.
