We HAD a mishap on a sandwich order thru Drive thru?Came back IN this evening & manager made iT RIGHT but she SAYS to make SURE to check order/freshness BEFORE leaving & KEEP the receipt IF you have any issue's?She said to CALL them & they can put iT in THEIR book for reference T?They actually have table service with INSIDE dining TOO?I usually just use the Drive thru SO I was surprised to see THAT

It seems the employees either don’t care or don’t see when you add things to your order on the mobile app all I wanted was to add cheese to a McGriddles and now countless times I have wasted the money and not received it however this doesn’t seem to be an issue with the one in town I’ve also tried to address this myself with the staff they either can’t help you or will finally give you a piece in a chicken nugget box
