We went to this Chinese restaurant / buffet last month at the urging of a couple of family members.There is plenty of parking out front. Taste Island is right next door to the McDonald's. This establishment is very dated and somewhat dirty both inside and out. But I've ate inside dirtier restaurants. The men's restroom is real nasty.It didn't smell great when you enter. The food is Awesome. Guest survice is Horable. You'll be half way done eating before you get a drink. N wene you order water the lady looks at you as if she wants to pour it on you. Wene we went there the first time it was all great n she was nice. But not no more
I personally love Taste Island. I’ve been going there for years. I see some of the reviews of people complaining and honestly if it’s that bad NEVER go back. Don’t make your pity little review just to continue going back to a place that is apparently so bad. Also I know they should come check to make sure everything is going well, take plates, refill drinks, etc.. Personally I like not being bothered while I’m eating so if I need plates taken or refills I will kindly call...read full review
