I prefer to go in the morning. That is definitely the best time to go, best service and smiling faces and always a good interaction. Sadly I can't say the same about the evening but that doesn't mean they aren't great as well.
This is typically a children's type restaurant there is a play place in it. There isn't a changing table in any of the women's/family bathrooms. I had to change him standing up. It should have a least 1 changing station in every restaurant.
