Sadly, this Schlotzkys has had issues since it opened - I had tried going through the drive through and had half hour waits with incorrect food when I was the only person there. I have started going back lately hoping it had resolved its problems.Today I ordered a sandwich and a Cinnabon to go. The sandwich was delivered promptly and as I ordered it, but there was no Cinnabon in my bag. Service was ok, ordered a cup of soup and when I got home, I found they gave me less than a half of cup. I don't mind paying a decent price but I expect to get the amount of food I paid for.

The French Dip is great. Big portions of nicely baked bread perfect for dipping in the salty, savory Au Jus. The tomato basil soup is thick and creamy, and good as an alternative dip too. I like that they have Mexican coke available.
