When our order of mozzarella sticks accidentally didn’t have mozzarella in them Julia the manger was extremely kind and fixed our order up no problem. Lots of places don’t have good service anymore and i was very pleased with how i was treated when i called with a complaint. 5
Service here is fine, workers are nice. Something that bothers me almost everytime I visit, are the downed terminals. I understand hardware goes down sometimes, but I’ve never understood why the restaurant doesn’t mark the units on the outside. I don’t usually know until I’ve already turned into the space. After pulling in and backing out three spaces in a row, it gets annoying. If someone can let me know there is a way to tell prior to pulling in, I will be happy to update...read full review

Took in excess of 30 min to receive 2 drinks and a shake. When I checked in for the 3rd time with the order taker I was told they had several orders. 2 drinks and a shake should not take that long regardless of how many orders they have. Service is really going down hill there.
