Employees that work the window here are always professional and kind. They have great customer service skills and are quick. The food is always fresh and I love the homestyle potatos!
Wife ordered 3 junior bacons and we received ketchup and mustard COVERED hamburgers. Called the store and whatever customer service rep answered was rude, unhelpful, and then left me in silence while they apparently went to find the manager. Only reason they even get 2 stars is the manager fixing my issue. The rest of the experience was trash.
