I go here frequently and any time hailey is working it’s a hostile environment. Most notably when a customer walks in (almost every time) there is a very disgruntled sigh followed by “they just keep coming”. Typically I’m not concerned with the behavior of servers I think maybe they had a bad day but with this individual it’s every visit. Next time I’ll go to Arby’s. The people are typically nice at this location and the food is normally fresh. One issue I have as of late is the employees getting onto or "calling out" other employees. This is not professional and you will not bring customers back, most importantly if you are in a leadership role you shouldn't embarrass your staff. It makes you look bad--not them. I haven't had subway in such a long time because the quality has gone down so much over the years but this subway was spectacular! On Christmas none the less, the employees were awesome at their jobs and my sandwich was so good. I hope y'all have a good Christmas
