“When we walked in the hostess..our waitress ignored us while we stood there. Husband asked if hibachi was closed and she said yes. Then someone else waved us to sit down. We asked if we could exchange one of the soups for the other (we werent aware it came with the soup we didnt want) and the waitress said , "It would've been nice to know that before I brought it out." We waited about 45 minutes for the 1st plate to come out then another 15 for the 2nd plate to come out and so on...one dish at a time. 4 people. Waitress never filled a tea or took a dish back. Fried rice was very dry...chicken teriyaki is not good. Hibachi steak and chicken was good. Had to find our own napkins and had 3 forks for 4 people. Over $100 for a miserable experience.“
“Great hibachi. I had the steak and chicken (which came with a couple of shrimp) and the house roll. My fiance had the mango crunch roll, vegetable roll, and tofu and vegetable hibachi. My hibachi was the best I've had regionally and my fiance said it's the best tofu hibachi he's ever had. The rolls were also great. Service was also great.“
“Everything was absolutely perfect. When we walked in we didn't have to wait to be seated and only had a 5 minute wait for food once we sat down. The cooks are wonderful and the food is absolutely fantastic. This is the best restaurant in this town and I'm grateful I got to experience this.Kid-friendliness: The cooks are wonderful with kids and definitely know how to make them laugh when they get scared of the fire. The place plays nice music in the background and it really is a wonderful experience.“
“Sarku Japan is a small place in the clothing building. Its pretty decent and the employees are pretty cool and efficient.Teriyaki Mall food court type place really.Ever have chicken teriyaki? Extra sauce? Hot sauce? Get out of here. Pretty good, not too bad.“
“The food is always delicious here! I usually get the beef bulgogi or a bento box, but this time I got beef fried rice. It was delicious! The service is great, and I've never had a "bad" dish from Nami.
