Service was slow, the establishment was not busy, there was two young men working building the sandwiches one of them did not seem to know what he was doing and the other gentleman kept having to assist him.But I guess you must learn sometimes
It lived up to the TV add. The sauce over powered the roast beef sandwich. I could literally squeeze sauce out of the sandwich. The pickles were awesome. The service was nothing special. The attendant was friendly. Prices are competitive. I will go back to try one other sandwich. Not overly impressed with the type of sandwiches offered. Selection of soft drinks not diabetic friendly. Looooove Jimmy John's! My sandwich was delicious! But the music was VERY inappropriate! When we asked if the music could be changed, they acted like they didn't understand what we were saying. Could've turned it down for a moment...but again food was great.
