Every time I say I have a mobile order for (partner's name) they tell me if it's not a personal order I need to come inside. They always have me pull up and wait even if I'm the only one there.
Always out of half the menu, slow service, and thenstaff get overwhelmed too easily. 2 cars on the drive thru is not crazy busy. Having to ask for the rest of my order multiple times is not ok. The store needs new management and more training. Only positive is most of then are really nice.
