Ask for a large bowl of gravy...got a small container for about $5. It was runny and dark brown...not good at all. Didn't want to go back and ask for a new order because of the people they had hanging around inside/outside.
I got 8 piece meal and 8 hot and spicy wings. Food was hot fresh and delicious the biscuits wernt quit done but put them in air fryer for 5 min and good. Manager was exceptionaly nice. We got wings and drinks free for

My grandson was snubbed as he tried to use a coupon I gave him at the KFC on Douglas Ave, MWC. That manager was rude & tried to sell him a larger dinner meal for twice the $, so I sent him to this location on SE 15th MWC. The manager here honored the coupon & gave him excellent service "with a smile." What a stark difference between the two restaurants, it makes no sense to be rude & refuse a legitimate coupon that expires 10-31-22. I will come to this KFC from now on.
