Haven't been to a Grandy's for years since we don't have them in Kansas anymore and was looking forward to it. Back in the day it was one of my favorite places to eat. It was kind of a disappointment as it was not near as good as I remembered it. For me it was just average.
I love the chicken and rolls! But the location is not as clean as it could be. We were first customers of the day inside and the floor was so sticky everywhere we walked. The staff always make us wait for counter service like the drive through is more important. No wonder business keeps declining. Hopefully the owners will read this and make employee changes as that’s where the problems lie and begin.
