I loved the food and atmosphere, but was really troubled at the fact that management didn't do anything to stop the harassment of one of their cashier's that had a stutter. She was relentlessly teased, laughed at, and harassed and management did nothing to help. Those idiots should have been refused service. I will not go back to this location ?
They get 5 stars easily because of my most recent visit. I never go to this location due to distance but, happened to be in the area. The customer service was great and the sandwich (spicy turkey melt) was easily the best I've gotten from a mcalisters. Damn near perfect. Wish I had a pic

Placed an order for pick up. Showed up 1 min after scheduled pick up time, checked in. Waited, waited and waited. I had my 2 toddlers with me alone and called after 20 min of waiting for curbside pick up. 3 other people had given up and went in to get their curbside order but I would have had to get my kids out of the car then back in to pick it up the food that I ordered for curbside.
