El Rincon Chapin is a hidden gem in Norman, and one of the few Central American restaurants in the area! The portions are generous, and food is full of authentic flavors - their chile rellenos and pollo guisado are two of my personal favorites! They're known for their pupusas too, which are good (though I found them a bit under-seasoned). Their beans, though, are insanely good and I could eat of bucket of them on their own. For the people that want eat other kind of food from Guatemala or El Salvador is a good just I recommend the popusas is like a tortilla but is fill up with cheese, beans,and pork chicharron.Just visit this place and discovery what else you can find it.

I have never been at a guatemalan restaurant before,this is a small place where you can eat even pupusas, the food has original taste and the service is good ,located at a small convenient store.
