The woman taking the order tried to charge for a additional drink when we asked for water instead of a soda with the kids meal. The child did not want juice, milk or a soda. So she said we had to pay, not for a water bottle but a cup of water. We had to go over a few minutes before she removed the additional fees. Nonsense that could have been avoided. I am thinking this was a ploy to upcharge and increase sales.Kid-friendliness: Not at all for the kids meals.
Went through the drive thru. Did not give me the sweet and sour sauce I asked for, did not get 1 of my 2 burgers correct (If I check one and it’s correct I feel like I shouldn’t have to check the other but I guess that’s not the case). And now that I’m home I’m realizing I did not get a receipt, nor does the math add up for what I got vs what I paid.
