Lovely little restaurant decorated in typical Mexican decor. We had a late lunch at about 1:45 PM, and it was very busy, but we were quickly seated. I had the chili releno with cheese, and it was very good. The rice is excellent, as were the refried beans. Jan ordered the beef fatiata, which were very good. The meat was very tender and nicely seasoned. The service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable. This is a solid Mexican restaurant with good food and service.
Food was good and not greasy. Soda on point. A bit of language barrier, so if you are substituting, I would confirm that it is correct. Noticing other reviews, I think this might be an issue, but if you know it’s happening, you can prevent it. Our server was pleasant and helpful. We had complimentary salsa and chips-salsa the way we like it! No complimentary Queso. You cannot share an entree without a $7.00+ fee.
