Classic establishment. Seems they've done a menu change since the last time I've been here.I've always had their steaks so I've decided on a burger today, not the greatest but serviceable. Stick with the steaks, lamb fries, that great house dressing salad and catfish and you'll have a great experience.
I have been coming here for over 50 years...The food is always excellent.I recommend filet (regular) size. Sauted mushrooms, salad with house dressing, followed with Blackberry cobbler. Steaks are cooked to perfection, and the food is hot.The wait staff takes great pride in making sure you have the best service possible. Before leaving You will see that when you arrive, you may notice a line outside. It can get busy, but it is worth the wait.

The best ribeye I have had in a while! I sat at the counter (no wait!) and the waitress was friendly and attentive! The house salad dressing is very good also! I loved the sautéed mushrooms! Bring your wallet, it was almost $50 (I wasn’t told the mushrooms were extra, but should have asked/guessed). I would come back for a special occasion!
