Had a couple of instances where they didn't give me my entire order which is totally odd because they read the order back to you before they hand you the bag. I wrote corporate about the 2x I was missing items. They didn't care? it was like so sorry for that. No coupon or anything. So the next time we went back I told them they owed me 2 sandwiches. I ordered on the app. I went through the drive-thru and had to add something when I arrived. The transaction happened seemlessly and without any issue. It is such a great business model for customer service.
