Was really pleasantly surprised by this place! Looking online gave me the impression it would be expensive, as a lot of places with this sort of vibe are, but I’ve often paid more for breakfast fare at Denny’s! I got one of the more expensive items, Chicken and Waffles for $15. The quality exceeded the price. Perfect crisp. The industrial chic vibe was really interesting and well done. This is the best breakfast in OKC! My wife and I had such a wonderful experience on a breakfast date. We got the OK pancake it was literally the best pancake we have ever eaten. it was so fluffy and flavorful and the pecan bacon and maple syrup topping was just amazing. We also got a starter with the tumblers and they were like a little bites of breakfast heaven. Our servers were also so nice and even gave us a coffee to go! Highly recommended eating here. What a great place to start the day!! The service was excellent in conjunction with this obviously being a very popular place. Our server Ashley was very attentive to our needs and took great care of us. We are grateful we chose to dine at Hatch.
