My wife and I went on Friday, 1/6/22. Apart from being a dining experience, this was also half art installation and half magic show. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was presented beautifully and the colors and textures (and aromas) were quite pleasing. Had an amazing experience in the private dining room. Atmosphere, food, and staff made it feel like a high end spa experience (but for your pallet)! The food was not just delicious it was complex and well thought out. The kind of dishes you have to experience slowly and as you go you are able to understand more and more what you are tasting. My personal favorites of the evening were probably the waffle and the yellow gumdrop:)
