I generally enjoy Panera but this particular location isn’t the best, I’m a nice person especially to food service workers so I don’t like that I have to make this review, however it should be addressed. To start let’s say an item here gave my friend food poisoning (steak and white cheddar). I ordered the Black Forest ham with Gouda cheese hot sandwich which was served on baguettes. The sandwich was very difficult to eat due to the hard baguette. The sandwich was less than spectacular.

I am so annoyed it's 9am I'm in drive through and they've already sold out of soufflés EVERYTIME i go. they should make more , enough or say souffles until 8 am .. what about the ppl that work at 9 am or 10 am.. there is never any after 8 it's annoying. Ypu would.think management paid attention ...It's been a minute since I started to going to another bagel shop but I thought let me see......sorry we are out of soufles .. I'm over it
