Today I went to get a happy meal ordered a sprite…(the screen didn’t show my order). Paid at the first window then proceeded to the second window where I was being handed an apple juice. First window was great. Second window was awful. I noticed they got part of my order wrong so I waved to het her attention and let her know that it wasn't right. I had asked for ice cream in a cup and that I needed an extra empty cup. Didn't say a word rolled her eyes walked off came back and handed me the cone stuck in a cup. No spoons. Even one of my 4 year olds said "Mommy I am not rude. Her is rude"

This is one of the worst service McDonald's i have ever been to.A simple order of a side of eggs, 2 sausage patties, and a carmel iced coffee. This order must be a unicorn for these people because they can mess it up better than bidens presidency.Yes i have ordered this from here more than 50 times this year. I know what im talking about. Get some real help or some real management! Sad
