Our waiter Peyton was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. Did a very good job. Our wait time was minimal.

Janie was an incredible server! While many restaurants were closed on New Years Day, this staff showed up and served incredible service and great food! While there were a couple very disrespectful guests in the restaurant, the entire staff handled them with the upmost professionalism while others would’ve asked them leave! Great job to the entire staff! They need to be commended!

This is a corporate owned RibCrib so the options at the Ponca City Oklahoma location are different then the one in Derby Kansas that we usually eat at.With that said the staff here are absolutely awesome people, they definitely deserve some love.The food here is good but I felt it wasn’t as great as I know it could’ve been. My potato was a little overdone so I couldn’t eat the skin like normal and the burn kinda set with the whole potato so it was tasted through every bite...read full review
