“This place was great. Unfortunately the lobby was closed but there was a picnic bench outside to enjoy our food. The food was tasty and affordable and the staff were friendly.”

“This is one of my favorite sports bars! Four out of the 5 times we've eaten here, I've ordered the Bison Burger with Sweet Potato fries! Its plump, juicy medium-rare goodness got me hooked, not to mention my love for Sweet Potato fries. The food is as consistent as the service, whether you sit at the table or at the bar. The couple of times we've sat at the bar, the band was playing so that was pretty cool.”

“My wife and I love staying at this Hotel/Casino, we try to go 2-4 times a year. Hotel rooms always clean and everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping are always nice. Casino is always pretty clean, sometimes it takes a while to get a drink at the tables but this is all dependent on time & day, dealers are always helpful in finding someone. Always seem to have a good variety of table games open & my wife always enjoys the variety of slots. Biggest plus to this place (besides gambling) is has a great center bar & also their is good evening bands/ entertainment on the weekends at the casino sports bar area. This place has good food also and just an all around good/fun atmosphere. (Limited menu since Covid but still good) Snack/deli place is decent too, only eaten at buffet for breakfast which was good and few years ago ate at steakhouse which was good but not worth the money in my opinion & I like good steaks. Overall this is a fun, great place to visit and we have always had good experiences in both hotel and casino over the past 4-5 years. Hard to find weekend rooms this summer but we got booked a Saturday- Monday trip beg. of June, Excited to return!”

“One of my favorite places to eat. We almost always have a reservation because it's hard to get a table without one. I'm not into gambling but will go to the casino to eat here. They recently changed the menu up and I miss the Sea Bass but it's all still good. Portions are huge and wine list is long. Perfect!”

“Have seen a big improvement in the buffet this time! We were offered cooked to order steaks upon sitting down, rolls and cornbread were brought to our tables, the options on the buffet were delicious and for the price you can't beat it! Also our service was the best we have had at a restaraunt in a long time.”

“The food is good and the service is welcoming! Parking can become limited, as well as dining space; and handicapped parking seems non-existent. This was a date night, but I was dismayed to pay a ticket for $40 for two burger baskets. I would not suggest this place for affordability, vegan menu options, nor families with children (due to limited space).”

“This place is an absolute gem. The drinks are delicious, the employees are super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. If you're driving through Baxter Springs you definitely need to stop by, get you a delicious coffee or Lotus drink and chat with the employees.”

“It's a food truck but man is the food good, love sushi and hibachi, the sauces are really good. The young ladies that work in there are always so sweety and friendly. Must try! I am not one who eats from food Trucks just weird of me I guess but we tried it and I am not mad ”

“My boyfriend and I arrived at 8:30 on a Sunday night to eat dinner after a long day at work. We were greeted and sat. We ordered our food, staff was super friendly and food was delicious. After finishing eating and paying we see they have a super large group entering the building. I then googled their hours, shocked to see such a large party choosing to dine in so late. That's when we noticed that they were actually closed at 8pm. We're assuming now that, that was a booked private event that they were staying open late for and just decided to let us in, and feed us anyways and never mentioned so to us. We just thought that was super groovy of them. Lovely date night. We will be back for sure ?”

“She about dumped my drink with those ridiculous fingernails. Carried used drinks with her fingernails inside the cups then went and stirred food on the buffet. Fingernails that long are pretty but don't belong in food service.”

“Small town kitchen feel with steakhouse quality food. Ribeye was melt in your mouth cooked to perfection. Truckers there is a gravel lot across the street where I found parking. Definitely a place to bookmark in the gps.”

“Stopped for lunch passing through Baxter Springs. Bricks & Brews Woodfire Grill and Pub proved to be a good choice. Typical small town establishment with good home cooked food, 9 commercial beers on tap, and friendly locals enjoying lunch and a beer. Server was efficient, food came promptly, and the beer was cold. Portions were generous. We enjoyed the Cavatappi Pasta and Greek Salad.”

“We found this place on our way home from long weekend trip. We decided to take a scenic route and drive until we got hungry. Well I am so very glad we got hungry when this was on our map b/c I'm already planning my next visit. The whole place just has a cool vibe. The decor definitely adds to the whole experience. There's so much to look at while you're waiting. It was a Tuesday afternoon after normal lunch hours so it wasn't very busy when we were there. Now to the part that really matters...the food!!! Hands down the burgers were some of the best I've had. I had the Cowtown Kicker with tots. The burger was cooked perfect and seasoned just right. I asked for the grilled jalapeños to be on the side. My sister had the big Hawaiian. I had to still a bite of hers too and it was equally as good with the Hawaiian sauce and grilled pineapple. Everything we had was great really. Can't wait to take a little road trip back to Baxter Springs to hang out here again.”

“Best Chinese food around. The staff is always friendly. The food is always good and I get exactly what I ordered. Not much on the menu I haven’t tried, all being good. The crab rangoons are always a must when ordering a meal. Quick service, friendly staff. It is not a Chinese buffet. Small dine in or you can carry out.”

“My wife and I had steak tortas. They were fabulous! Tender seasoned steak strips, tomato, lettuce, onion, mayo, avocado and cheese on a buttered and toasted bolillo. Jalapenos on the side. Great house made salsa and the ubiquitous red and green salsas picante in the plastic squirt bottles. The green was the best. A great complement of flavor to the tortas. Sodas in a can. Food truck style dining in a couple of old buildings in down town Commerce city. There was one friendly young man running the operation this afternoon; taking orders, cooking, serving and operating the cash register.One building is the kitchen and Mexican seasoning supply store. There is a passage open to the adjoining second building which is a large dining area. Minimal in all aspects. Essentially a food truck with indoor dining. The food is authentic Mexican. “You must check out the newest business on Route 66 in downtown Miami, OK! The owner is really friendly and personable. The shop is quaint and very charming with the movie memorabilia and a table to play games with the kiddos. A great place to go if you're craving ice cream, especially during intermission at a show next door at the Coleman Theater. I recommend the raspberry ice cream; and adding a scoop of Zanzibar Chocolate takes it OVER THE TOP!! The Briley's also own the SuperTam on Route 66 in Carterville, MO. It's another place worth checking out, especially if you're a Superman fan and an ice cream fiend.”
