Although, most of us do not expect the greatest dining experience in a fast food restaurant, but we do expect the visit to be pleasant. We ordered from the value meal and of course the famous number 1, Big Mac. All sandwiches were served on dry dry bread, already giving a sour taste to each bite. Service at the Sand Springs McDonald's is terrible, cold food, wrong food for us and several customers, they are very rude, and they make you stand in front of counter forever before they help you.

The construction around this location is just awful with trying to get into the location, but that is not McDonald's fault. I just want to note this for anyone reading this review so that they are prepared to circle a bit. Just go through the IHOP parking lot and weave around to get to McD's.Drive thru was very quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Order was correct.
