Place is filthy. Tables and floors. Took 15 minutes to get to order food and half of it was old. Watched the counter lady take money, not wash her hands, and throw chicken in the fryer. Half fresh fries half old brown fries.
My sister and I are the care takers for our stepdad. Carls Jrs, #5, is about all he eats. About 90% of the time, we come by in the evenings. The evening employees know our vehicles and always take such good care of us. Michelle, who was the manager, is awesome. They always go above and beyond for us - the cooks, the drive thru, all of them. I don’t know most of their names but I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for such great service. You all are amazing!!!
