I've always had good wait service and kind people. There's good options and lots of burgers. I have brought large groups here numerous times and they have done well to get us in. Food doesn't take too long especially if you stay busy with appetizers.
As always Chilli's has good food and a nice selection. Everyone can find something to curb their hunger. My biggest dislike is the use of the point of sale device on each table. They are always grubby and many times they don't work.

Food was good when it was brought out a second time. There was a misunderstanding in the kitchen on my order so it came out different than what I ordered.They fixed it properly and it was great. Skillet queso came out ice cold Needed to be reheated.
