“This is a great little restaurant. Good selection of sandwiches, and they make pizzas. Daily specials and homemade soup. I had the lasagna special and cabbage soup. Both were great and very friendly service. Will be back again.”
“They sell out quick, so get there early. I had the chopped brisket sandwich, and it was excellent. Huge sandwich. Very moist, not greasy, great flavor. I didn't even need to add more bbq sauce than what came on it. The potato salad was very good as well. The owner was very nice and friendly. I can't wait to try the ribs!”
“My wife and I have been eating here for the last 3 to 4 yrs, and we eat the samething everytime, but the Price has increased Dranatically, we usually pay 30 to 35 Dollars for both our meals, it cost 55 dollars this evening for our normal meal we always eat, we will not be going back, sad to say.”
“Name says it all, even the street view says chicken fried steak, cream gravy. Yum.Party of 10, no complaints. One in our party said they should move nearby to be more convenient.”
“This was our first time eating here, and we really enjoyed it! We got the wet burrito and the shrimp tacos, and they were both delicious! The chips, salsa, and our main dishes all tasted really fresh. We really loved the atmosphere, the waitresses were nice, and the service was great! We will definitely be back!”
“This is quite possibly the best burger I've had in my life. I had the Dad Bod. It's a simple burger really, grilled onions, double meat. Bacon and cheese. Let's start with the cheese, it tasted so fresh and had such a cheese pull with each bite. I'm convinced they slice their own cheese fresh from a block. There's a point in frying bacon where it has crisp, but is still chewy, this is how I like my bacon, and this was how it was cooked. The beef, you know how hand made burgers sometimes get a little thinner at the edges, and get that perfect crisp at the edges, yeah, that was these burgers. No pre-made frozen patties, no pre-made patties at all. The onion was perfectly grilled, you got that hint of onion in the chew without the onion being overwhelming. I had a half order of chili cheese fries, and they were good, but I was seriously so blown away by the burger I didn't pay the fries much attention, and I think my wife ate most of them.”
“Our personal favorite is Veggie burger. Veggie patty is just extraordinary with full of flavors and shredded veggies. Pickled Shallot on salad was like a cherry on top and enhanced the flavor of very simple salad.”
“I have eaten here many times and always had a spectacular experience. This last time was for a business dinner/meeting. After our entire group raved over the drinks, food, and atmosphere. The staff is incredible and very attentive. I highly recommend visiting for dinner.”
“I had the beef tips on rice, fried cabbage, candied yams, and cornbread. Every single thing was incredible, I can’t wait to come back with friends and family…”
“I love this place. The bartenders are all amazing and can literally make (almost) anything you could ask for. The vibes are so moody and cozy. (And they have goldfish)”
“Get the Greenwood Matcha (vanilla and mint) but add a shot of espresso. The front space is a little small but there's a bigger room in the back (that looked like it could be booked for events). The staff was great! I loved that when you order, you're handed an empty cup and asked to write a note to the next person. What a great way to spread the love!”
“One of my students told me about this place and how good it was so I decided to try it. I’m vegan and gluten free even though they offer a vegan option (cauliflower), it’s deep fried in wheat batter. I could only eat two of the six but they were delicious! Got sweet potato fries and sweet tea. The tea was way too sweet for me but still good. I also ordered a boneless combo with garlic parmesan flavor and another one with honey sriracha seasoning, kids said they enjoyed them both. The spot is smaller but there’s seating available via low booths and high-top tables. Differently able parking right in front and the young lady working the counter who took my order was sweet as ever. Very patient and thorough. Three combos were $36.00, but I was happy to suppport this incredible black-owned business.”
“Lively brewery in downtown Tulsa. Small selection of brews. I tried the new england IPA Juicy Jeff and it was not high on the IBV scale, which is good for this beer drinker. It was a smooth drinking IPA. We tried the mojito seltzer, which tasted weak, and the margarita which was very good. Nice spot to sit and view downtown Tulsa.”
“Amazing food and service. Best Mexican food I have had in years. The staff was extremely nice and top of everything. The whole experience was wonderful. First time there and definitely won't be the last time.”
“My wife and I went here for the first time and we loved it! Great foood and cocktails. Servoce was impeccable and the beef was fresh! Highly recommend the Ribeye, Shrimp and chili oil cucumbers!”
“Great food! Especially all the chicken dishes. Spicy salsa was awesome and not overly hot. Guacamole really good, chips good. Best beans and rice!! Service outstanding!!”
“AMAZING FOOD! This was my first experience with Latin America food, and I will definitely be back. My hiking group mobbed the place around noon on a Saturday ?. I had the Arroz con vegetales, which is rice with vegetables and soy chorizo served with fried sweet plantains. I also ordered the Yucca fries . Everything tasted super clean with quality ingredients. It's not always easy to find a place that has a variety of vegetarian options!”
“Last week I finally tried Inheritance, after hearing many great things, and my only wish is that I had gone so much sooner!!! I ordered the jackfruit quesadillas and a PB&J smoothie and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in YEARS. Such good flavors and seasonings, and the customer service was equally amazing! Definitely in my top 5 favorite vegan places!Today I ordered a Coffee Lovers smoothie and now looking forward to my next visit ?Vegetarian options: So many vegan and vegetarian options!”
“This added another nice evening in our Tulsa experience. Staff was willing to spend time chatting and service was great. Pizza was much better than we expected at a brewery. Even though it was a weeknight there were lots of customers enjoying the sports bar atmosphere. This is right across the street from ONEOK Field, and I bet on baseball nights the place is humming.”
“Much nicer place than I expected, certainly for the area and neighborhood, it is located! The beef taco, the meat tasted just right on!I can smell and taste the crunchiness and fresh salad. The white queso, was thick and flavorful! The rice n refried beans were excellent too!The server came and asked if I want anything to drink, I said “margarita”, but where is it? It is not on the menu. He said that is on the “drink” menu. I ordered the Margarita, medium size. He looks at me kinda strange. The steps aside and pointed his finger to another table and said that is a “bambino” over there! That is the little “bambino” there ?!!!!!Really!Holy Molly!Parking: Come and check what seem to me is new gravel parking in the back of the restaurant!”
“We had a large group, the staff was very accommodating. The food was great, expect large portions on anything fried! The catfish entree was massive and delicious. Pot roast was perfectly proportioned. We enjoyed our meal and did not feel rushed.”
“Food was not up to its normal standard. Had a total of eight small plates. Four were perfect. Two were average. One was very good but main ingredient was sparse, octopus. The last, a total fail, mushrooms,”
“We followed the Google directions to Evelyn's, but when we got there (at the airport) it was Wanda J's. It was WONDERFUL! We are still talking about it two weeks later. The special was fried chicken, and we all ordered it. Very friendly place, the cook came out and joked with us about all that food and "swimsuit season." He said they only use fresh, never frozen chicken, and they order the small, tender size. Those of us "of a certain age" remember how much smaller "fryers" used to be and that what is now called a fryer used to be a baking chicken. Anyway, we wish we lived closer as it was worth the trip to Tulsa. Ms. Wanda came in before we left and stopped to say "Hi."”
“The food was really good, fresh and hit the spot. Shelby was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and took really great care of us. She even over heard that my husband wanted to take some of the food for work in the morning and bagged it up for us without us even having to ask. It was a great experience.”
“If you want burgers that is consistently amazing you’ve gotta try this place out! Everything about this place is great. To the food and kind customer service my family has been going to this same spot for years. 10/10 would recommend.”
“5 star in my books! Best brisket we have had in Oklahoma. My husband had the brisket and jalapeño sausage sandwich with mac & cheese and I had the chopped brisket sandwich with potato salad. Both were amazing and we will definitely be coming back again! We got the banana pudding for dessert and it was good. I thought it was a little too sweet but my husband loved it. Very friendly staff who greeted you with a smile and didn't rush you to order. Pretty laid back atmosphere with picnic tables and open seating.”
“Best pizza in town! It is probably one of my favorite pizza places now ever. The pizza was so fire! The environment inside was amazing! I love the opportunity to play the guitar on the stage and I had a great time there!”
“The employees are very nice and welcoming! Everything was so good. The elote was very unique and full of flavor. The ice cream is the perfect kind of sweet and very smooth. I will definitely come again!”
“Fun, casual Tuesday night karaoke -with some surprisingly great, local talent stopping in. Rich in history as part of area that "The Outsiders" movie was filmed. Is a bar. I don't drink, but still have a good time. Also offers hot food. Has pool table and a Jukebox. Friendly owners, staff and community. Write your name -and the year you visited -on the brick wall. It's STILL a Sperry tradition!!! This place is good and simple. Not a wild party joint by any means. Relaxed, casual and fun.”
