“Have to make a stop every time I'm down that way. I've never had the savory pies because if the wait, it's only 10-15 minutes but I'm driving 12 hours home so I try not to stop for very long. I always pick a box full of pies up to bring home. They're better fresh but good warmed up too. Many selections to choose from!”

“My husband and I went there for the first time and would definitely go again. He had Tortellini with Italian Sausage and would give it a five 5️⃣. He said it was cheese-filled tortellini with ground Italian sausage mixed in a pink sauce and that it was absolutely delicious. We both had (split) the Trio for an appetizer and loved it! We would both definitely give it a five 5️⃣. I had the Santa Fe Chicken and found it very average. I would give it a four 4️⃣ at the most and would probably not order that again. Based on our waitress’s recommendation, we ordered the carrot cake ? for our dessert and my husband said it was the best part of an already fantastic meal.Additionally, our waitress was very good! Her name was Taylor and she was very personable and did a good job!Overall, it was a very good first time dining experience! It came recommended to us by someone in the community and we would definitely go again!”

“Very very good dining experience. The food was very tasty home-cooked I had steak, eggs, grits, and some pancakes. Apparently they’re made from cornmeal the pancakes. It taste very good. Even the butter was good that I put on them. Waitresses were very friendly great atmosphere the owner of the place whose name is Phil Tabor used to play the New York Giants number 80 is a defensive lineman back in the early 80s. He walks around the restaurant greets people very friendly guy. We talk for a few. He gave me a sample of some grits because I’m not a big grit person being from New York but I really like them, so thanks Phil for turning me onto good grits in Oklahoma. I highly recommend this five stars establishment.”

“The food is good, but they are ALWAYS short staffed. This place stays packed. 1 waitress isn't enough. Expect to spend at least an hour and a half to two hours here. The tomato soup, cheese sticks, and Caprese salad are great. We usually order The Bob pizza.”

“Absolutely amazing staff and service. I came in this morning exhausted from a work trip to the point where I left my credit card in the machine and got back to Dallas. The coffee was delicious and after I fished it I realized where I left my card. The OWNER picked up when I called and personally overnighted it. “I like a good coffee without all the extra in it. I get a BOB with double shot of expresso and it's great for getting the morning started. Really like the consistency and quality and you can't beat the service of a small locally owned shop vs a large corporation who doesn't care because someone else will buy even if you don't.”

“Wonderful, Relaxing with great food and wonderful service, This is the first time in about 15 years that I got to taste the wonderful food and salsa only EL Chico has. This was the Ardmore, OK store. The El Chico chain left Oklahoma City and I have missed it. My son is the same way and lives in the N Dallas area. We met in Ardmore and tried El Chico to see if it was as good as we remembered. YE YES YES !The food that was supposed to be Hot was Hot and the cool salad and avocado was the perfect temperature.The grounds and interior was very clean and the silverware was spotless.”

“It’s a touch pricy when taking a family of six out, but everything is these days. I’ve tried a number of items and everyone of them are excellent. There isn’t a bad dish on the menu. And a large choice for kids as well. Also service is always excellent every time we go. It is quick profession efficient and friendly service every time. The only minor complaint is the large table for groups is close to the door, so on a cold evening it can be chilly at times but that’s a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend to anyone to try them out.”

“It was like the pizza the ninja turtles use eat in the cartoon. So delicious and cheesey we stopped there to eat after a day at turner falls. Weather was bad tornado sirens went off so we had to cut our dining experience short. We live more than an hour away from Papa's pizzeria but look forward to the day we can return.”

“This place is fantastic. They have cinnamon roll pancakes that are unbelievable. Bacon was a tad crisp for my liking. Not sure if its the city's water or just their ice but the ice was quite distasteful, couldn't drink the soda or the glass of ice water, just don't get ice and its fantastic.”

“The Boba is great here !! Had vanilla milk tea with rainbow boba and it was great !! not over powering vanilla, and the multiple flavored and textured boba was a great addition. Prices were not too bad either. They have lots of variety to choose from and seemed to be a nice clean shop !!”
