First time trying Braum's.. It was good nothing to fan out about but the bacon cheeseburger was delicious I am absolutely not a fan of the fries at all.. The ice in my drink was a fave also. I'd say give it a try if you want a good burger but don't hold your breath on the fries! Oh before I go.. The ice cream is fricking AMAZING!
I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. we were cut off by one of the workers middle of our order and when we told her she cut us off at the window she goes “i wasn’t paying attention”. in my opinion not bad food at all just this one instance of poor customer service.

This Braum's is the best! The manager on duty that day was really helpful. He didn't make a big deal when there was a problem with the card reader. When he realized I was getting embarrassed, he said the right thing to let others know it was not me and requested patience from them. In Stillwater, OK people in general are just great people. I think it's because they are Oklahoma State University Cowboys!I've been to many Braum's, but this is the BEST one.
